Hello!

 

Wow, one week!  It seems lomger, but in a good way.  Yesterday was the first "The Call" in Australian history.  It was so awsome.  At first it was raining.  Then we all prayed and the blue sky opened up only over where we were, and the rain fell around the out side.  It was so cool to be there with all the Aussies.  (sounds like ozys)  It was from 7 am to 7 pm.  Worship was the most crazy worship I have ever seen!  I love the Australian worship.  (Try a worship mosh pit!  IT WAS AWSOME!)   We also prayed that the Australian worship would go to the American churches.

 

Just being there with them, I felt so at home.  Like I was a true ozy as well as they.  The some of the other kids here say that they can see me here as staff.  I am realy praying that if God wants me here, he will make it clear to me.

Hello to all of you!

 

Wow!  two days have gone by so fast!  On Sunday 1 girl and 2 guys came!  Two are from Canada and the other guy is from Maine.  We went through orientation and then went to the mall that afternoon.  (Kelly got lost but we found him again.  LOL)  On Monday night we got to go to a church to hear a guy speak about the Call coming up on Saturday.  I should be an awesome time for all of us.  Today (Tuesday)  We went through some things, dealing with things at YWAM that reminded us of past hurts.  It was an awesome time and it drew all of us closer together.

 

The director of the base, Steve, told us about their bases mission and what they do and how they reach the young people of West Sydney.  Everything he said about the base is what I want to do with my life.  All that he said and their goals as a base is all that my heart relay wants to do.  Please pray that if God truly wants me here that he will make it clear for me.

Hello!!

 

Day one was fun.  I live in a one room house with five guys.  (only 2 of them are here so far.  the other 3's visas are having trouble.  please pray 4 them!)  Kelly and Ryne are here.  They are realy cool guys.  The girls are fun too.  We went to the mall yesterday.  Lets just say that people knew that we were Americans.  One shop owner said  "The Americans are here!"  (we got alot of looks also )  We mostly hung out and chilled.  I also discovered a bird.  (It sounds like a dying cat.  NO LIE!)  Well I g2g for now!  You all have a great day!
